We believe that once in everyone’s life, they should visit a landfill…for it is there that one may take in just how detrimental human waste is to our dear Mother Earth. In a world where we are encouraged to consume, shed and consume some more, we must also find ways to give back to the beauty of life-by making more beauty. There is hope in beauty, and this is what we aspire to inspire within the spirit of the human when they see our earrings.

Our main material is up-cycled inner tubes that we clean, dry and hand cut, which makes each pair one-of-a-kind. We recognize that the Earth makes so much art and we try to find ways that we can incorporate her work into ours.  This is why we use bone beads, feathers given by our own chickens and other birds who have offered parts of their wings. We honor the elements through story telling in our earrings, and hope that our gratitude for the more-than-human world is felt as the earrings dangle upon the ears of those called to share their story.
